Excellent support

Certainly disappointing that the reverse went out in our transmission with only 18,000 miles on the truck. But certainly not the fault of the dealership. We had the truck towed in thru the GMC towing service at no cost to us. We were given a loaner vehicle, and had the problem diagnosed, fixed and ready to pick up in a week’s time. And we know how busy service departments are! Gamblin's has always treated us well and we appreciate them.

I think the engineers at Chevrolet are absolutely stupid the way they designed the lighting system on my Traverse. A car owner shouldn’t have to pay $280 to change two headlights when we should be able to do it ourselves. But no, they made it as hard as possible for a non mechanic to do. That said, Gamblin Motors replaced the headlights and got the car back to me the same day.

Great service as usual and the two techs were great and answered all the questions.
