Michael Lew - Service Department Thanks to your crew for doing a great job servicing my 2007 Monte Carlo SS this last week. It has to be hard to hear a complaint from a customer about a bump, squeak or noise that you must find somehow and fix. You found it and fixed it as well as the rest of my squeaks. AND, supplied a quality rental/loaner. AND, did it in 1 day. AND, washed it (although I keep it pretty clean). Thanks again, you are to be commended.
