My wife and I would like to thank the Art Gamblin team for their professional conduct leading to the purchase of our Malibu LTZ. After thorough research on the internet, we found the car we believed was the best deal in a 200 mile radius of our home in Olympia. Jaren was our initial contact. He was quite helpful in answering our questions and keeping in contact with us after finding the car in the internet. He then set us up with Scott to look at the vehicle we were interested in. Scott made the whole sales process quite enjoyable and no pressure. He was very honest and accomodating. We received a great deal and completed the financing with Dan, who was also very thorough and made the whole financing process flow quite smoothly. It was a very satisfying experience and we would recommend the Art Gamblin team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I am a working mom with four children and I was looking for a car that would be big enough for my whole family. I decided on the Chevy Traverse and went online looking for the best deal because it's extremely difficult to take the whole family out to dealerships and get anything done. I went to Truecar.com and got the name of a couple dealers with reasonable prices and I was contacted by Jaren at that time. All of our transactions were done through email as I live over 300 miles from the dealership. He sent me an e-mail with 3 different Traverses with their description and I told him what was most important to me in the features and we then settled on a new 2011 Chevy Traverse 2LT. They gave me a quote on their financing and I then contacted my bank and got a quote on their financing, and then I contacted another dealership in my area to make sure I was getting the best deal. I went back and forth between the two dealerships and finally settled on Art Gamblin Motors because the car they were offering had the best options for the price they were offering. When I got the car, it wasn't exactly what I had expected, but Rick worked very diligently with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience with their dealership and I am happy to say we were able to work something out. I couldn't be happier with my new car and with all the snow we're getting this year, I couldn't have gotten it at a better time!
