We are a direct repair facility, so this means; we are the adjuster for the insurance company, no more waiting or taking wrecked vehicles to an adjuster because we do it all here! We will write the estimate, get approval and order the parts, in many cases the same day.
Lisa Eng is our Body Shop Manager and has been here for the past 4 years. Lisa has a life-long history in the auto repair business. Her Grandpa opened his own shop in Wilbur WA, which her dad now owns and operates. She grew up watching him fix wrecked cars and doing complete restorations on classic cars (he actually restored a 1969 Z28 Camaro for her!). Our collision center has the most state of the art equipment in the area and we have a highly trained staff to make your car look like new again!
